New drones for mining exploration

The winning project of the support program for innovative ventures linked to mining “Think Big Mining 2016” of Fundación Chile, was obtained by the first geophysical drone created in the country: Geomagdrone, developed by GFDAS SpA. Today, Geomagdrone rises as the first UAV system that obtains depth data, up to several hundred meters below the surface, through the use of a high resolution recording platform which favors mining exploration in Chile.
